Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

One-time purchases, such as completing your listing, are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund.

After a refund, your listing returns to its standard (free) version.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions, such as website monitoring, can be canceled anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us.

• Canceling stops future renewals. You won't be charged again.
• You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• If you were charged for something you didn't intend, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email taylor@websitelaunches.com with the email address you used to purchase and the website (domain) the purchase was for.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. They're usually processed within 2 business days, and your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

4. Questions

If anything about a purchase isn't right, please reach out before filing a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.
