I am a dynamic leader with extensive experience in core facility management, known for driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and upholding the highest quality standards across research institutions.
With a career spanning from bench science to executive administration, I bring a unique perspective that bridges deep scientific expertise with strategic business acumen — including an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
I have led pioneering research on long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), G proteins, and their roles in cancer progression and metastasis, authoring over 35 peer-reviewed publications. Alongside this, I have built and directed multi-million dollar research core facilities serving hundreds of investigators.
Currently, I serve as Senior Program Administrator and Assistant Director for Basic and Translational Shared Resources at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center, steering strategy toward comprehensive cancer center status.
My research has focused on pioneering discoveries in cancer biology — particularly the roles of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and G proteins in cancer progression and metastasis — as well as G protein signaling, neuronal protein characterization, and biosensor development.
