The Ottawa Junior Competitive Ultimate Program (OJCUP) is a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers that develops competitive ultimate players aged 13-18 in the Ottawa area, offering spring and summer training and participation in local and national events. The program follows the LTAD model, emphasizes player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and operates under Ultimate Canada in collaboration with the Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association.
